Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on our website by customers residing in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. This policy complies with local consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK consumer laws. By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
EU & UK Customers: You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. You may cancel your purchase and return eligible items within this period without providing any reason. After submitting your withdrawal notice, you have an additional 14 days to send back the goods.
US Customers: We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
All returned items must beunused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that are personalized, custom-made, hygiene-sensitive, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer support team to submit a return request before sending back any items. Kindly provide your order number, purchase date, and return reason. Our team will review your request and send you official return instructions within 1–2 business days. Unauthorized returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is caused by our error, including defective products, incorrect items, or damaged goods received due to shipping issues. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) or freight collect return shipments.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing
All returned items will undergo strict inspection after we receive the package. Only items that meet our return eligibility standards will be approved for refund or exchange.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For EU and UK orders, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. For US orders, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to complete. The final arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider’s processing rules.
We reserve the right to withhold refunds until we receive the returned items or you provide valid proof of return shipment.
